  This course will teach the student about the “M.A.M” (Multiple Activity Menus) Method that identifies the phytochemicals in medicinal plants as to their therapeutic activities. “M.A.M.” generates a “Synergy Score” on how plants can prevent or heal disease producing conditions. This course will teach the student which 12 foods as medicine that are considered most beneficial for fighting disease based on the nutrient and phytochemical properties they contain. (4.0 credits)
