  This course will help students to build an incredibly solid foundation of knowledge in relation to the powerful therapeutic properties and benefits of using “Essential Oils”. By teaching precise and accurate methods and procedures to support health, students will learn how to incorporate “Essential Oils” in one’s everyday lifestyle through the practice of “Aromatherapy”. After completing this course, the student will be able to use “Essential Oils” in such a way that will enrich their physical and mental well-being. The Student will possess enough knowledge and skills to create natural home care products based on “Essential Oils” for skin, hair, and body care including a broad range of conditions that would require to be remedied.   This course will allow you to examine the various terms from various reputable sources and how they define “Whole”, “Wholism”, “Wholistic”, “Holism”, “Holistic” and their sources of origin. (4.0 credits)

• BSMS-104 Discover The Essence of "Plant-Based Medicine": The Five Principles of "Life Saving" Herbs Part 1 & 2

  In this course, you will explore the five basic principles of herbs on how to grow, harvest, store and prepare them for their effective medicinal use. A foundation will be laid based on Bio-Dynamic and Organic growing methods including why these methods play a significant role in the outcome of healthier plants as your ultimate plant source of healing through nature's medicine. In addition, there will be ways to observe Biodynamic Rhythms and how to utilize these effective methods in your garden, simply and easily.

  This course presents the most advanced applied food concepts on correct Whole Food Non-Medical Nutrition as defined by the F.D.A.. It will examine the importance and catalyzing role of digestive enzymes and assimilation of food nutrients, as they relate to the acid/alkaline/balance diet for increasing a person’s power, strength and endurance by as much, at times, as 50% to 100%. Unlike the “Practice of Dietetics”, which is based on an “Acid-Forming Diet” called the “Dairy Food Pyramid,” we DO NOT promote acid-forming diets that weaken the quality of body tissue, which leaves the health seeker prone to needless physical injuries that could have been avoided due to bad nutrition practices.
